About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to contribute to a major nuclear infrastructure project, Hinkley Point C. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for contract management and administration of large professional service and construction contracts, providing support to the development and operation of electronic contract management systems.

You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results and ensure timely deliverables, while maintaining quality and safety standards. Your strong commercial skills and experience with NEC 3 form of Contract Options A, C, and E will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial negotiations for mechanical and electrical projects
  • Oversee compliance with all contractual obligations
  • Priced and Assessed Compensation Events
  • Issuing/reviewing early warning notices
  • Monthly Commercial Reporting
  • Updating Risk Registers
