Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our team in Melton Mowbray. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working within Acute Stroke and Neuro Teams, with a minimum of 6-12 months of NHS experience in Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with stroke and neurological conditions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
- Minimum of 6-12 months of NHS experience in Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation.
- Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
