Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Join eTeam, Inc. as a Business Systems Analyst and contribute to the success of our retail business by analyzing and improving our back office operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our back office operations, including our point of sale, back office sale, and integrations. You will work closely with our business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve our back office operations, including our point of sale, back office sale, and integrations.
  • Work closely with our business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our software suppliers, designers, and developers to ensure that our business requirements are met.
  • Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.
  • Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of working on Retail Point of Sale, Back Office Sale, and Integrations.
  • Precise capture of business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Ability to link technical solutions with business strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
