We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to provide person-centred care and support to our tenants, enabling them to participate fully in daily life and enjoy a range of activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in their interactions with service users.

A key aspect of this role is to work collaboratively as part of a positive behaviour support framework, accepting responsibility and growing in confidence as a skilled practitioner.

We are committed to providing relevant training, including accredited health and social care diplomas through our own training academy.

Our service has excellent transport links, making it easy to commute to the centre of Ulverston, with bus routes and a train station nearby.
