  • Optimize Portfolio Performance: Ensure optimal performance of the commercial assets portfolio by analyzing market trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to maximize returns.
  • Negotiate Lease Agreements: Work closely with tenants and agents to negotiate lease agreements that meet the needs of both parties.
  • Market Vacant Units: Develop effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and reduce vacancy rates.
  • Conduct Rent Reviews: Conduct regular rent reviews to ensure fair and competitive rental rates.
