About the Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximize sales by leveraging the talents of your team members
  • Train and accredit new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share your knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards in every aspect of your work, from espresso quality to customer service

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and people, with a strong desire to take on leadership responsibilities. You'll need to be reliable, have experience in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
