Job Description

Hilson Moran, a renowned consultancy firm, is seeking a skilled Energy Infrastructure Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with utility undertakers to secure emerging utilities alterations and new connection works that meet client needs.
  • Prepare progress reports, including technical sketches, to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Project manage technical aspects of complex projects, collaborating with CAD teams to produce coordinated engineering drawings.
  • Provide technical advice to clients on infrastructure planning and procurement strategies.
  • Support large regeneration and masterplanning projects from early stages to installation and commissioning.
  • Manage alteration of existing utility networks in constrained spaces to mitigate risks for high-profile development projects.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering Technician experience, preferably in drainage or utilities infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of construction companies' needs and understanding of the industry.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to learn Revit and other relevant software as needed.
