Position: Senior Insurance Health Functional Architect
We are seeking a Senior Insurance Health Functional Architect to join our team. As a key member of our insurance practice, you will be responsible for shaping activities for projects, working with business and technical teams to understand business needs and design practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth understanding of the UK Insurance and Health Insurance market, including future trends.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and challenge where necessary.
- Collaborate with digital teams to design and develop solutions.
- Provide solution design oversight and ensure business and IT architecture experience.
- Facilitate workshops and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Manage senior stakeholders and possess self-starter qualities, working independently and being responsible.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, Jira and Confluence, and the role of Domain Architect in an Agile project is preferable.
- A team player with excellent presentation skills and visual representations.
- Ability to quickly understand business issues and requirements and develop solutions.
