Position:
​​ Senior Insurance Health Functional Architect (Small and Medium sized Enterprises - SME).

We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of SME health insurance processes, capabilities, ways of working, operations, and value chain. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the UK Insurance and Health Insurance market, including future trends.

  • Scope and shape activities for the project, working with business and technical teams to understand business needs and how they can be designed and developed practically.
  • Ability to work with Digital teams and have experience with Business and IT Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, as well as tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Domain Architect experience in an Agile project environment is a plus.
