Insight Select is a leading home furnishings retailer seeking a skilled and experienced Buying Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing strong knowledge of the retail industry to drive supplier negotiations and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and product quality

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including buyers and logistics teams

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform buying decisions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
