We are seeking an experienced and skilled Control Room Operations Manager to join our team at Clearway Technology. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of the control room on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • False Alarm Management: Assist in identifying areas to improve false alarm management, implement corrective actions, manage site masking procedures, and conduct training to minimize errors.
  • Day-to-Day Management Reporting: Compile statistics to support Service Level Agreement (SLA) improvement, report on alarm handling, manage monthly performance sheets, and provide accreditation reports.
  • Staff Management: Ensure rosters are up-to-date, oversee payroll information, conduct 1-2-1 meetings, facilitate return-to-work meetings, and provide training and mentoring.
  • Data Release Control: Investigate and respond to data intrusion incidents, oversee data release forms, and review footage as required.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in operations support, strong organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. They will also have the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively, proficiency in using management software, and knowledge of industry standards and accreditation requirements.
