Job Title: Social Worker

Job Summary:

This role involves working with children with disabilities, providing support and guidance to families, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and developing personalized support plans
  • Working with families to provide guidance and support, and helping them to access relevant services
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as healthcare workers and educators, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children with disabilities
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to children and their families, and helping them to navigate the complexities of the care system
