We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Wandsworth. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children who require additional support, developing strategies to enhance their learning experience and promote inclusion within the classroom.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to children with special educational needs
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans to meet individual needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or other special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
