Financial Services Coordinator

A highly skilled Client Services Administrator is required to support the Investment Management team at Aldrich & Company Limited. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a client-focused approach and experience in financial services.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have several years' experience relating to all client administration. They will be confident communicators with superb client-facing skills and the ability to liaise with dealers and brokers. Using CRM software, they will prepare correspondence and meeting reports, process investor applications and coordinate investor processes, including KYC. Attending meetings with clients and managing multiple appointments within a shared diary are also key responsibilities of this role. Ensuring files are up-to-date and staying informed on compliance and regulation are additional requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be supporting the Investment Management team and their clients by preparing correspondence and meeting reports using CRM software. This will include processing investor applications and coordinating investor processes, including KYC. You will also be attending meetings with clients and managing multiple appointments within a shared diary. Additionally, you will ensure files are up-to-date and stay informed on compliance and regulation.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
This position requires a hard-working attitude, a strong understanding and interest in Financial Services, as well as superb client-facing skills. Experience in financial services, strong MS Office and CRM skills are also essential. A salary of £45,000 + benefits is offered for this role.
