About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Foreign Language Educator to join our Secondary School in Woking. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Modern Foreign Languages to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with potential to progress to Key Stage 5 for experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in MFL to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students">
  • Develop strategies to improve student outcomes and encourage a love for languages">
  • Provide regular feedback and support to students to track their progress and set personal learning goals">
  • Collaborate with other members of the MFL department to share resources, best practices, and enhance curriculum delivery">
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and achievement">
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives and attend departmental meetings to promote continuous improvement">

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

">

A degree in MFL or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, and experience teaching MFL at secondary school level. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for language education, strong classroom management and organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary in the range of £35,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, a supportive working environment with opportunities for professional development, and a well-resourced MFL department that values innovation and collaboration.
