Corporate Banking Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at a leading financial institution as a Corporate Banking Manager. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of corporate customers, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate customers, identifying and meeting their financial needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and risk, to ensure that customer needs are met while maintaining the bank's risk management standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate banking, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to ensure that customer transactions are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
