We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator Assistant to join our team at Perfect Team. As a Property Administrator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Property Management team in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Respond to inbound calls from property owners, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  2. Log Management: Accurately log property details and issue reports, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and up-to-date.
  3. Contractor Coordination: Contact relevant contractors to attend site, completing all necessary documentation and updating our bespoke system.
  4. Communication: Keep leaseholders or freeholders informed of scheduled contractor visits, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing disruptions.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Liaise with Property Managers and accounts teams to ensure seamless workflow and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Property Administrator Assistant, you will have:

  • Experience in dealing with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling people at all levels, with a strong ability to build rapport and resolve issues.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
