Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and caring for our young people

  • Leading a small staff team

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Experience working in residential childcare
  • Strong communication, organisational, and caring skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
