Residential Care Team Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate leader to join our team as a Registered Manager at our home in Ibstock, Leicestershire. This is a unique chance to lead a talented team of carers and support workers, while delivering exceptional care and support to children and young people.

Your Key Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading the residential care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for delivering high-quality care and support, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all children and young people. A Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or equivalent is essential, and you must hold a full driving licence.
