At Muller Dairy, we are seeking a talented Sales Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key commercial business partner, you will support the Sales Financial Controller in driving business growth and profitability.

About the Role:

  • Job Summary: The Sales Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial and commercial decision support to the Sales Team, ensuring robust financial data and commercial forecasts.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Partner the Sales Teams, providing financial and commercial decision support and insight to drive business forward.

  2. Management of Customers P&Ls, evaluation and development of individual customer business plans.

  3. Input into the Sales business review process, monthly promotional management process, pre and post promo evaluation reviews.

  4. Support in resolving debt issues, dealing with day-to-day queries from key contacts, ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

  5. Work closely on JBPs, attending external customer meetings, GO compliance, ensuring financial commitments are met.

  6. Build strong relationships across commercial teams, taking a holistic view across commercial sphere.

  7. Controlling support in M cycle process, working closely with Sales Controller and teams.

About You:

  • Requirements:

  1. Recognised Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).

  2. Ability to manage a wide-ranging stakeholder base, work to tight deadlines with agility and proficiency.

  3. Time Management, willingness to drive change and process improvements.

  4. Advice and support of strategic changes affecting sales and wider business.

  5. Ability to provide decision support & challenge to commercial teams, relationship building and communication skills.

  6. Financial and commercial modelling skills, structured approach to managing priorities.

  7. Ability to operate at all levels within commercial teams, stakeholder Management.
