We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support services, including first-line technical advisory and diagnostic support, remote network monitoring, and call logging.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical advisory and diagnostic support to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Implement effective remote network monitoring and management practices to prevent downtime.
  • Deliver high-quality first-line technical support and call logging services to the school, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Action any asset changes in accordance with our Change Control Procedure to maintain system integrity.
  • Contribute to additional ad hoc project work, enhancing your skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Network Manager to undertake additional duties as required, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment by keeping the area tidy at all times.

Requirements and Benefits
