Create remarkable outcomes for clients and communities as a key member of our multi-disciplinary Civil Engineering team. With 60 Engineers and Technicians, we support private developers, public sector authorities, and governments in shaping cities to enable, sustain, and enhance society.

Our team provides vital contributions to the planning and design of strategic transport infrastructure within urban environments and linking cities. We inform emerging plans and designs at a conceptual stage, targeting short, medium, and long-term aspirations to ensure completeness and flexibility.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects varying from small pre-feasibility studies through to detailed design and supervision of large-scale infrastructure projects. Projects include Highway Design, Flood Risk and Drainage, and Water Supply.

You will be expected to actively share knowledge across the team to contribute to others' development and strive to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients. We are looking for a Chartered Engineer/member of a relevant professional institution with technical expertise in civil and infrastructure projects. Possess experience of civil engineering/infrastructure design and an ability to mentor others in this respect.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a complex and varied workload often involving multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience of working closely in a team environment on multi-disciplinary projects
  • Capability in relevant design tools including CAD packages such as Autodesk AutoCAD and Civils 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modelling packages such as Microdrainage
