Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a Dining Services Assistant in the College cafeteria.

The successful candidate will provide excellent support to the Food Services Manager in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cafeteria.

This role involves various tasks, including operating the dishwashing machine, clearing tables, polishing cutlery and glassware, and setting up function rooms for events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • An NVQ Level 1 in Catering and Hospitality (Kitchen Portering) or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • A flexible approach to tasks and willingness to adapt to changing situations

Salary
