About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team at Itad Ltd. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the accounts payable process, working collaboratively with the other Finance Administrators as well as the Project Administrators in our Project Management Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process monthly supplier purchase invoices, time entries, expenses, and other supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  2. Manage the accounts mailbox to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Ensure timely payments to vendors through a weekly payment run.
  4. Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
  5. Support audit and reporting requests as necessary.
About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  1. Proven experience in accounts payable.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  3. The ability to work in an organised and effective way with good prioritisation skills and the ability to be proactive and know when to ask for help.
  4. A team player, supporting the rest of the Finance team and the Project Management Unit when needed.
  5. Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  6. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project Operations and Business Central) - desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
