  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies for Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
    • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members on testing methodologies and best practices.
    • Identify and mitigate testing risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project delivery.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business objectives.
  • Requirements:
    • 15+ years of experience in testing and test management, with a strong background in Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center products.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing results and meeting project deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate testing risks.
    • Prince 2 Certification is a plus.
