Job Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and Health & Safety compliance.
- Source exceptional quality fresh produce and utilise knowledge of ingredients effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Professional Cookery - between Level 1-5
- Food Hygiene/Safety & H&S between Levels 1-4
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, and hold a valid driving license
This role includes a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus comprehensive company benefits.
