Job Title: Growth Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Lead to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead new business development: Lead the proposal and new business process for all new business opportunities, operating as the senior and main point of contact and key expert.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, client services, and other teams to support business development efforts and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to support business development efforts.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and creative trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Support marketing efforts: Support with the planning and execution of marketing and lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and business development: Demonstrable experience of selling photography and videography services with a reputable studio.
  • Knowledge of the competitor landscape: Strong knowledge of the competitor landscape within the UK.
  • Experience in new business or growth roles: Significant experience in new business or a similar growth role within the photography, production, digital, or wider agency sector.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
  • Experience working with large-scale consumer brands: Significant experience working with large-scale consumer brands.
  • Experience working with long-term partners: Experience working with clients as long-term partners as opposed to project or short-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker: Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
