Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare statutory accounts for all legal entities within the group, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team to produce accurate budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage any Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) developments and ensure that our financial reporting is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Review quarterly VAT Returns to General Ledger and ensure their accuracy.
  • Work closely with auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of ONS (Office for National Statistics) returns.

Requirements:

  • Big 4 trained qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with superior analytical and Excel skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP, and SOX.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with non-finance colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
