About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Festive Colleagues during the holiday season. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping us make a difference in our communities.

As a Festive Colleague, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You'll be responsible for providing support in store during the busy festive period, ensuring that our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Whether you're restocking shelves, serving customers, or assisting with Click and Collect orders, you'll take pride in making sure that every customer leaves the store with a smile on their face. If you're passionate about delivering great service and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
  • Take the initiative to resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a visually appealing store.
