We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Business Partner to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering to provide expert advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the development of the organization's Capital investment programmes, ensuring alignment with treasury strategy and corporate policy.
- Apply professional judgement to interpret and apply policies and procedures to meet specific local or service needs.
- Provide day-to-day management and professional supervision to staff to ensure operational plans and activities are delivered effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the finance unit to develop and implement capital investment strategies and programmes.
- Ensure all capital transactions are accurately reflected in the organization's accounts, including the end-of-year closing process.
- Holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CIPFA, CIMA, MBA etc) or demonstrable equivalent experience of operating at that level.
- Experience in developing and implementing capital investment strategies and programmes.
- Experience aligning capital strategies with treasury strategy.
- Experience leading the end-of-year closing of accounts processes for capital.
