The Construction Programme Director will lead a team of professionals responsible for delivering a major infrastructure project. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex programmes and will be able to develop and implement effective strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement programme plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver the programme.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering (HNC/HND with significant experience considered).
  • Membership of a professional body (e.g., Chartered Civil Engineer).
  • Significant experience with complex RC structures and transport infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts and experience in project controls and budget management.
Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum
