Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Acro Aircraft Seating is a leading manufacturer of passenger seats for commercial airlines, seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research, creating and managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the Sales team to develop targeted marketing materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans to align with the company's objectives
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and track industry trends
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and advertising
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to develop targeted marketing materials and promotions
  • Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media channels to ensure brand consistency and engagement
  • Managing the company's presence at industry events and tradeshows
  • Working with external agencies and vendors to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Monitoring and analysing marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in a Marketing position, ideally within the aerospace or engineering industry
  • Understanding of the aerospace industry and product branding
  • Proven experience in delivering multi-channel marketing activity with an emphasis on digital
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and prominent levels of integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity and aptitude with social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram advertising
