Fixed Term for 12 Months
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trust Grade Equivalent Doctor to join our team in Acute/General Medicine at York Hospital. As a Trust Grade Equivalent Doctor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical teams.
Main Duties
- Provide high-quality patient care in Acute/General Medicine, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in the development of our clinical teams, contributing to the design and implementation of clinical initiatives and projects.
- Work closely with our clinical supervisors to develop your clinical skills and knowledge, and to achieve your career goals.
- Contribute to the development of our Trust's quality improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with our quality improvement teams to identify and implement improvements in patient care.
Requirements
- MBChB or equivalent medical qualification.
- Satisfactory completion of foundation year 2 competencies or equivalent.
- Current ALS certificate.
- Minimum 24 months NHS experience.
