Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget
  • Manage and coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the project stays on track
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and contractors
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software tools, including Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in the construction industry, particularly within the commercial new build sector
