Marketing and Sales Coordinator Wanted

Thames Luxury Charters is seeking a skilled Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage TLC's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) by posting engaging content.
  • Assist with content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media, ensuring alignment with TLC's brand.
  • Support marketing campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance and provide insights on campaign success.
  • Manage office communications, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.
  • Coordinate office supplies and deliveries to maintain efficient office operations.
  • Assist with maintaining client files, CRM data, and event schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling enquiries, organizing client viewings, and coordinating tastings.
  • Work closely with the sales team on event planning and execution.

Growth Opportunities:

Over time, take on greater responsibilities in marketing, including managing full marketing campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising. Transition into sales-oriented tasks, assisting with client proposals and event coordination.
