About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Get Recruited. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be directly supporting our Senior Sales Leaders and indirectly the whole sales team in various projects, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales activities across the business, reporting to the Sales Directors
  • Organize workshops, meetings, and webinars
  • Plan and market key events using CRM, LinkedIn, and other tools
  • Create content for social media and email marketing
  • Amend marketing material templates for the sales team
  • Use analytics and insights to support the execution of the business plan
  • Support quarterly business reviews with reporting
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new colleagues
  • Work with travel partners to organize travel for the sales teams and external consultants
  • Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and suggest improvements

About You:

  • Must have experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar sales support role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident to prioritize work and projects from multiple leaders
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing content creation or design is desirable
