We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a well-established SEN school. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students with Special Educational Needs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, as well as providing feedback and guidance to students.
  • Support students with their social and emotional needs, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and counselors, to ensure a comprehensive support package for students.

**Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Basic knowledge of Special Educational Needs and the ability to learn and develop skills in this area.
