Empowering Learning is currently looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with pupils from 11-16 with severe learning difficulties, providing support and empathy to children requiring assistance.

The role involves ensuring school rules are adhered to, working with teachers and children to address any concerns or issues, and reporting health and safety issues on-site to the maintenance team. You will also be responsible for risk assessing the environment and responding accordingly, observing behavior, intervening when necessary, and reporting any safeguarding issues through the correct channels.
