Accounts Assistant - Part-time Opportunity

Fletcher George Financial Recruitment is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing sales invoices, and reconciling purchase invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices using Sage and internal systems.
  • Reconcile and record incoming purchase invoices using Sage and internal systems.
  • Investigate purchase ledger queries before month-end payments.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks related to sales and purchase ledgers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within a finance administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts.
  • Good Excel skills.
