We are seeking a skilled Home Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Buckinghamshire, Oxford, and Berkshire.
About the Role:
This is a field-based position that supports adult patients in their homes, providing comprehensive training and care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a full UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and deliver high-quality training programs for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- To provide expert care and support to patients receiving tube feeding in their homes.
- To collaborate with local healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, healthcare).
- Experience working in home healthcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car, fuel card, and lunch allowance.
