As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers to develop personalized support plans, coordinating our small team of Support Workers to ensure seamless delivery. Your experience in creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues will be invaluable in this position.

Responsibilities include helping customers with daily living activities, conducting risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews. A vehicle insured for business purposes is essential, and mileage expenses will be reimbursed by us. Benefits include a competitive salary of £12.61 per hour, 34 days annual leave (increasing to 39), and time off for volunteering.
