**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CV-Library in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our social housing properties are well-maintained and safe for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
  • Inspect properties to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance work carried out.
  • Communicate with management to provide regular updates on maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in social housing or property maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and renovation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to use maintenance management software and basic computer applications.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in housing maintenance.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary Information:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
