Job Summary

We're seeking a results-driven and ambitious General Manager to join our team at The Carpenter's Arms. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of food and drink delivery, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall management of the pub, maintaining front and back of house standards to drive excellence in food and drink delivery
  • Ensuring guests are cared for to the highest standards and expectations exceeded
  • Delivering against key measures of sales, profit, and team retention while having fun along the way
  • Conduct regular stock control and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
  • Create and maintain a motivated team with excellent standards, identifying talent and ensuring succession
  • Regular employee appraisals and implementation of performance management

We're looking for a dynamic and passionate General Manager who can lead our team and drive business growth. If you have previous General Management experience, excellent operational skills, and a solid base of back office management, we'd love to hear from you.
