About the Role

As a Cloud Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders, engineers, and finance business partners. You will consistently monitor cloud spend and liaise with engineers to implement efficient optimization strategies. Additionally, you will construct plans, forecasts, and budgets on cloud consumption.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience with Python, SQL, and Terraform to implement automated cost optimization control policies. You will also need experience building and managing cloud cost analysis and visualizations using tools like Looker, Qlik, MS Excel, Tableau, or any other similar tools. Understanding of cloud fundamentals in a FinOps context to manage cloud budget, forecasts, and spend monitoring is essential.
