Fabric Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric Development Specialist to join our team at Castlecrafts Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with expertise in fabric technology to contribute to the development and sourcing of new fabrics for our Womenswear department.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to sample or develop fabrics required for our collections.
- Ensure fabric sourcing and innovation align with our strategic sourcing goals for garments.
- Conduct cost-effective fabric developments and maintain accurate records.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree qualification in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in fabric technology within the clothing industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
Compensation:
Up to £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
