Fabric Development Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Fabric Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of fabric and sustainability strategy across our own-buy brands.
This includes managing suppliers, collaborating with them on fabric development and product innovation, and encouraging a right-first-time approach.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge of various fabric types, including warp/weft knits and wovens across a range of fibre types, as well as excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with product teams and external suppliers.
A salary of approximately £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, reflects the importance of this position in achieving best quality and consistency across the business while meeting sustainability goals.
