Loss Prevention Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our TJX Supply Chain Loss Prevention Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Security and Compliance
  • Conduct regular site patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Ensure all site visitors are aware of site safety rules and have the correct level of access
  • Conduct security checks and investigations as required
  • Monitor and report on site security incidents and trends

Crime Prevention and Response

  • Identify and record crime alerts and escalate as appropriate
  • Conduct associate searches as a deterrent to internal crime
  • Investigate and escalate instances of external crime
  • Record and report on site security incidents and trends

People and Talent

  • Attend induction and work to a set of objectives
  • Keep up to date with training and company news
  • Model the values
  • Work to a set of standards
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Keep self updated on procedures
  • Work well with associates
  • Accountable for own performance and behaviour

Requirements

  • Able to operate a variety of computer software solutions, including Microsoft office
  • Eye for detail
