About Heriot Brown In-House Legal Recruitment

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at a luxury international beauty brand. As a key member of the in-house legal team, you will provide expert legal support and guidance on corporate and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic legal advice on corporate and tax structuring, shareholder matters, corporate governance, and managing company incorporations across various countries.
* Lead new company incorporations globally, collaborating with Finance, Tax, and Commercial teams.
* Assist with market expansion, new marketing launches, and drafting commercial contracts: retail and distribution agreements, leases, store design, and marketing/PR agreements.
* Advise on anti-trust issues within the retail sector as needed.

Requirements

* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a strong background in corporate and commercial law.
* Minimum of 8 years of legal experience.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly desirable: experience in-house with an international retail business.
