Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Teaching Assistant supporting students with additional needs in schools. You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity and promotes inclusion.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with students with additional needs in a school setting
  • Develop strategies to promote good behavior and manage challenging behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective learning outcomes
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a teaching assistant qualification and experience working with students with additional needs. A caring and nurturing personality, ability to build rapport with children, and manage challenging behavior are essential.

Benefits:

This role offers flexible working hours and a competitive pay rate of £12.82 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple schools or secure a long-term placement.

Salary Range: Estimated salary for this role is between £24,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
