Pediatric Cardiologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Cardiologist to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a sub-specialty interest in Cardiac Intervention and will be based primarily at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality pediatric cardiology service, including cardiac intervention, and will work closely with the clinical director and other members of the team. They will also be expected to participate in continuing professional development and to contribute to the academic profile of the department.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have full and specialist registration with the General Medical Council, and will have evidence of thorough and broad training and experience in pediatric cardiology and cardiac intervention. They will also have experience of teaching medical students and will be able to take responsibility for delivering service without direct supervision.
